The Eyes Wide Open project offers a primary health care service at a grass roots level to young parents and their families in Mandurah, Pinjarra and other areas of the Peel Region.
All services offered through the Eyes Wide Open project are driven by a team of passionate and highly skilled young mothers, with a combination of over 25 years of experience in the field of working with young mothers and fathers.
Eyes Wide Open is strengths based, using successful engagement strategies to connect with young parents and their children.
The Eyes Wide Open project has been running since 2000 and maintains continously high levels of referrals from health professionals in the Peel Region and also Metro Perth areas. The project has acclaimed international recongnition through research completed by:

Group programs offer transport, meals and access to the onsite Creche.
Referals can be made by self, family, health professionals, schools and other youth services. Referral forms can be found in “Download Forms” section on this web site.
